Han van Meegeren was a very talented and crafty artist who was able to create 17th century paintings of one of the greatest Dutch painters ever, Johannes Vermeer.
Han van Meegeren mislead all art specialists all over the world with his crafty talent of creating the most wonderful pieces of art. Further more he was a very talented artist in drawings and portraits. He was NOT a member of the German Nazi Party at all, not even a sympathiser.
